About Inertsil Hybrid-Z HILIC

Designed to retain and resolve highly polar compounds that are difficult to analyze by reversed-phase chromatography.

Inertsil Hybrid HILIC uses fully crosslinked organic-inorganic hybrid silica. The columns are available with either stainless steel (SS) or PEEK hardware to meet different analytical requirements.

HILIC vs Reversed Phase

Polar compounds can be retained in HILIC conditions while reversed-phase conditions may provide limited retention.
